I started CrossFit two years ago with the goal to be "Fit by Forty". I turned forty in December and feel I have achieved more than I anticipated. Although many of my times are still slower than most, they are much faster then when I started. Shannon Tate is a great coach. I feel like I am a well-rounded athlete thanks to her. Our gym is incredibly supportive and fun. I look forward to being there every day. Well.....some days more than others.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I like to eat clean, but get lazy. I am working on getting better in this area.
