I grew up in Park City, Ut and after taking a 12 year hiatus from this beautiful little resort town, I have returned! Training at these altitudes is not always the most pleasant experience but I have found it extremely beneficial when competing at lower altitudes. TRY TO GETIN AND DO A WOD 5 DAYS A WEEK. RUN ON TREADMILL OR DO ELIPTICAL 3 TIMES A WEEK AFTER WODS OR ON WEEKEND.

PLAYED FOOTBALL, BASEBALL AND SOCCER IN HIGH SCHOOL. PLAYED 2 YEARS OF FOOTBALL AT ORANGE COAST COMMUNITY COLLEGE AND 2 YEARS OF FOOTBALL AT ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY. I CURRENTLY PLAY IN A COED SOCCER LEAGUE AND A BASKETBALL LEAGUE.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
STARTED CROSSFIT IN THE FALL OF 2012. WENT WITH A BUDDY TO AN AFFILIATE IN TUCSON ARIZONA AND FOUND A GROUPON FOR A MONTH MEMBERSHIP. I WAS HOOKED AFTER THE MONTH AND HAVE STUCK WITH IT EVER SINCE. LOVE THAT THERE IS A WORKOUT PROGRAMMED EACH DAY AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS SHOW UP. LOVE THE COMPETITIVE YET ENCOURAGING ENVIRONMENT!
