I've never considered myself an athlete until I started CrossFit. It has completely changed the way I see myself and has only begun to show me my potential!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
CrossFit has given my life so much more purpose and direction. It gives me something to wake up to, look forward to and something to work towards. It pushes me hard every time and rewards me equally. I don't know what my life would look like if I didn't have CrossFit.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
CrossFit 5-6 days/week. If I could go everyday, I would.
