How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
I try to eat healthy but living on campus makes following a strict diet very difficult. Come finals week and all bets are off.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I am a member of my college's rowing team, and train at my local box when I am home on break. I am about to travel abroad to Australia for a semester and look forward to focusing my training on CrossFit for an extended period of time.

Collegiate Rower. High school Soccer Player, Ski Racer, and Track and Field Athlete.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
Rowing Practice 6x a week, go to the weight room on my own 2x a week.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFitting in late 2010 and have loved it ever since.
