I eat strict Paleo

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I do the lifts and wods right along with my clients (in classes that other trainers teach) on a near daily basis. I am a chronic overtrainer. I hate rest days.
