How I Eat
I eat whatever is convenient
I am still trying to gain weight so Paleo is definitely not an option right now.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
My brother programs a lot of WODs for me, but a lot of strength stuff I do on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played Basketball until my Junior year in High School when I made the permanent switch to CrossFit!
