I've been CrossFitting for a little over 2 years now at Be CrossFit, in Stuart, FL. We have a great group of athletes that push each other everyday. Outside CrossFit, I love being out on the ocean fishing, out hunting with my brother, or playing some sort of sport. I was fortunate enough to earn a spot in last years regionals after CrossFitting for a year and was a bit overwhelmed with the stage. This year I feel more confident and better prepared then I did last year and I'm really excited to be wodding along some great athletes and to cheer on my Be CrossFit team when they compete. I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
