I used to be overly obsessed with maintaining really low body fat, focusing only on my physique, etc. Now I love myself and my life and I'm much happier now that I base my achievements on what my body is capable of.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I strictly schedule my rest days

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I follow the programming from our wonderful coaches at Crossfit Southie. I also incorporate hot vinyasa style yoga 3 times a week. It creates a perfect balance of intensity and relaxation. Yoga is what helps me focus and keep calm, while also increasing my mobility and flexibility. It's my key to recovery.
