I have always been active and like to stay fit and healthy...I majored in Kinesiology and Physical Education. If I'm not at the box working out then I'm out finding an amazing hiking trail!!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am on a Paleo Zone diet with 1 or 2 non-paleo items a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports

High school track and martial arts since college
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I workout 5-6 days a week. I listen to my body and rest when needed.
