Bio

I started crossfitting in October of 2012. I fell in love instantly, it fit so well into where I was looking to take my fitness level. I am a full time firefighter for Ogden City Fire and I was looking for a fitness regimen to relate directly into the kind of performance I am expected to give at work. Crossfit filled the bill perfectly. I set my goal after the 2013 Open that I wanted to try to qualify for regionals in 2014 and I made it! I am so grateful to have been blessed with the health and strength that I have and the people and trainers that push me everyday! I have a wonderfully supportive husband and a beautiful (almost) 3 year old daughter that loves to yell at me to move faster. I am a true believer in crossfit and the positive changes it brings into people's lives.
