I am a married woman who, gradually, over the first half of my life, have become addicted to endorphins because of the onset of AOA: Adult Onset Athleticism. Now I am involved with CrossFit because of my son, Marty, who is a CrossFitter. He thought I would like it, thought I could do it, and he was correct.
