How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat a pretty structured diet throughout the week........6-10 times a day (snacks included), mainly consisting of high quality protein, moderate/high quality carbs and moderate fat. Paleo has always been the foundation of my diet since it's meats, veggies, etc but I also believe in supplementation in order to achieve your true potential and satisfy your athletic needs.......especially the demands of Crossfit!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Always been very active with racing motocross and working out......mostly bodybuilding until the last 1 1/2 to 2 years which have been strictly Crossfit!
