Bio

I live in NH and started Crossfit 4 months ago and love it. I have competed in natural bodybuilding 2005-2012 comps and now looking for new challenges this year.

How I Eat

I weigh and measure my food

I eat 1600-1800 calories a day, 150 grams of protein, 150 grams of carbs, 50 grams of fat, sodium 2500 grams. I eat 6 small meals a day and drink over a gallon of water a day. I record all my meals daily in Myfitnesspal

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I also workout at the gym training every muscle group

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I work out 5-6 days a week at crossfit and gym and incorporate stretching and yoga as well.
