did my first WOD at the drop the box in calgary on my 19th birthday, life hasn't been the same since.
How I Eat
i try to eat as healthy as i can but its hard being in school four days a week, getting a slice of pizza is way easier then packing enough food for the day. i try to eat as much protein as i can nothing better then a big slice of meat.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
i try to train at least four days a week. leading up to the open im training six days a week and two times some days. i dont intend to go anywhere past the open... this year
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
dont have much of one... played soccer when i was younger. ride a lot of bikes but never been one for the gym or running or what not.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
so far i love it. it allows me to push the boundaries of my body.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
i rest when my body tells me to i dont have a strict schedule for rest if my body says it can go we go.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
started crossfit on september 13 2012, my birthday, hated it, but my whole family does it so i figured i would give it more of a shot then just once, my parents bought me my first months membership at CFCB for my birthday, after that i was hooked.
