How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have one cheat per week. The other 6 days I tend to stick to a "Paleo-ish" menu. I try to eat about 5-6 times a day of small meals. I set up my meals with a "Zone-ish" approach, taking into account my fats, proteins and carbs. I make an exception by eating plain Greek yogurt.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at Crossfit Wachusett. Matt & Kelsey are the coaches.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I try to do Crossfit workouts 3-4 times a week. The other 3 days I go to my local gym and do cardio/strength training; I also work on my goats.
