How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Began with Paleo this year and so far so good, usually have 1-2 cheat meals a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
Although I follow mostly the programming set for me, I do write and give out my own Oly lifting progressions. Can't wait to see improvements on my fellow crossfitters.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Olympic Weightlifter now hooked with Crossfit, planning on helping my affiliate with my extense Oly-lifting experience to become better. Planning on takin Oly-Certification althouhg I've trained teams in the past. I have trained Pan Ams level Oly lifters in the past.
My Experience With CrossFit

Randomly showed up one day was instantly hooked, loved the "team" feel of it. Planning on doing this for years to come, only wish I had more time to spend at the gym.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try to rest at least twice a week depending on how rough the workouts are
