How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
started an 85-15 paleo 2 months before the open in hopes that I will lose about 20 pounds before the open begins.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
4-5 nights a week/weekend.
