I'm not a pure Crossfit athlete, I firmly believe that one needs to be a hybrid athlete, good at all aspects of functional movements, and I suppose that in itself is actually the definition of Crossfit. My goal when I began Crossfit was to be good enough to qualify for the games at age 60. I am happy to claim success on achieving that goal. My life's mission nowadays is to help others reach their individual goals, whether that is as basic as getting off of the floor or hitting new PRs in strength.
