I have been Crossfitting since July 2011. I was a college lacrosse player at the University of Delaware for 4 years.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have a current diet that consists of no dairy. I cheat about 3 times a week with some milk or ice cream, but in very small quantities. I also have cut out beer.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
