I have been Crossfitting since 2008 through two shoulder surgeries and rehabs. Got serious in 2012, felt good and started to step it up! Competed in the first two opens showing improvement in the 2nd open. Hope to do much better this year!
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Basic Zone with some Paleo thrown in. Little dairy. May have a cheat meal but never a cheat day!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
work out 4-5 days a week, post everything on Beyond the White Board!
