How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Basic Zone with some Paleo thrown in. Little dairy. May have a cheat meal but never a cheat day!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
work out 3-4 days a week, post everything on Beyond the White Board!
