Bio

I started CrossFit on my very first deployment back in 2006. I did it on and off for a few years but I didn't get consistent with it until I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes while pregnant in 2011. I followed the CrossFit mom site on my own at the post gym and worked out daily up until the day before my daughter was born. It was the best thing I could have done for myself and my daughter as labor and recovery was a breeze. I found IFA when my daughter was 3 months old. I needed a gym that was close by where I could take my daughter while I worked out (a luxury not afforded at the post gym). Lucky for me Jordan Finlayson, David Choi and Rob Filebark are my coaches and I couldn't have received more quality programming. It is the first only only legitimate CrossFit gym I've been so and I've been so blessed. Notable finishes: 7th place - Women's Scaled - Integrity's Revenge 2012 3rd place - Women's RX - Carolina Fitness Challenge 2013 3rd place - Coed RX Team - Integrity's Revenge 2013 1st place - FF RX Team - Iron Clash 2014
