How I Eat
I don't measure my food. I eat as much clean food as I want and then some. I have 1-2 cheat meals per week.
How I Train
I train mostly at Crossfit Grandview under Brandon Couden and Graham Holmberg. I also train at home from time to time and record all my workouts via WODIFY!
My Athletic Background
I wrestled in high school in the 130 weight class and for the University of Cincinnati for 3 years at 133 and 141 weight divisions. I also had been racing motocross nationally for 7 years and turned to Crossfit to help with my conditioning in Motocross. Before long I got sucked into the sport and have transferred my focus to competing in Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started out in August of 2012 at Rogue Gahanna and moved with Graham and Brandon to the new facility under the name "Crossfit Grandview"
My Work/Rest Schedule
I was doing 6 days on 1 day off but have recently decided to go down to 4 days on and 1 day off due to a recent lack of strength results.
