How I Eat
I eat what Danielle Sidell eats... I follow her recently published diet and tweaked it very slightly to better fit myself.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I train mostly at Crossfit Grandview under Brandon Couden and the Crossfit Grandview staff. I also train at home from time to time. I follow a mix of The Outlaw Way Programming, with some strength cycles of my own and also work some of the Crossfit Grandview programming into my routine.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I wrestled in high school in the 130 weight class and for the University of Cincinnati for 3 years at 133 and 141 weight divisions. I also had been racing motocross nationally for 7 years and turned to Crossfit to help with my conditioning in Motocross. Before long I got sucked into the sport and have transferred my focus to competing in Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started out in August of 2012 at Rogue Gahanna and moved with Graham and Brandon to the new facility under the name "Crossfit Grandview"
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I follow the Outlaw rest schedule. 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. High volume training, 2-3 lifts, 1 skill and a wod every day on.
