How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I am about 85% paleo...in large part because I have been eating at resturants often because of business travel.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
My schediule for the last 8 weeks has been controled by my work schedule. Training has been intermitent and I am also recovering from an injury sustained in a CrossFit Competition.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Just on the edge of 2 years....next week.
