Bio

I started CrossFit because my brother thought it'd be fun, little did I know that i would completely fall in love with it. This past year and a half i dedicated most of my time to CrossFit and there is not a moment that goes by that i regret doing this. My whole family is very sport active. My dad gyms, my mom does the comrades, my one brother plays cricket, my other brother maybe not so much into the sports but he keeps busy. Most of my inspiration comes from my mother. She has a rare eye sickness that rendered her almost completely blind from a very young age. Yet she has done the comrades 8 times, and aims for more. She is the one who gets up first and looks after everyone. She has a life I wane build my life after. Completely committed to God, He is her first love, and she lives according to the Bible. Even though I look after her she has no problem still trying to do everything herself. She is my inspiration, she is what the good looks like in this world.
