I've been an athlete my entire life and after college baseball I wanted to continue competing and pushing myself to become a better athlete and improve my fitness level. So I joined CrossFit and loved it ever since.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I rest when I'm dead.... I usually workout 5-6 times a week depending on the WOD.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started out with Crossfit Nac in Nacogdoches, Texas in July of 2012. Now I'm currently training at C-4 CrossFit in Richmond, Tx. <<<< It gets crazy here! They don't play games!
