How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've been fighting food for ages. Getting better at it as I get older & this Crossfit thing's helping. A couple Paleo challenges since I started CrossFit have me headed in the right direction.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Played rugby & soccer growing up. Played a couple seasons of club rugby after college. Used to run a bit, & completed a couple half marathons and one full marathon. Did P90X and incorporated it into a routine for a while.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Never saw this much of a six pack before....at least not on me.
