Long-time food fighter. Former fatboy "runner", P90x'er, at home gym'er....Crossfit since 8/9/12 weighing 192lbs, down to 176lbs w/ improved habits. Learning something new every day I train. Got a long way to go, but I'm having fun getting there.
How I Eat
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've been fighting food for ages. Getting better at it as I get older & this Crossfit thing's helping. A couple Paleo challenges since I started this 5 months ago have me headed in the right direction.

I played youth or high school level sports
Played rugby & soccer growing up. Played a couple seasons of club rugby after college. Used to run a bit, & completed a couple half marathons and one full marathon. Did P90X and incorporated it into a routine for a while.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Never saw this much of a six pack before....at least not on me.
