How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I try to go 100% paleo 90% of the time...and beer.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I started at CFGB then opened Titletown CrossFit almost 2 years later.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played WR for UW Eau Claire out of high school until I destroyed my ankle. Still play lots of hockey when I get the chance.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Graduated OnRamp and never looked back! Natural fit all the way.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Try to get in 5 a week, for the most part 3 is my schedule with the hectic home life with the little ones. Newest son born during 2014 Open, on 3/21...appropriately!
