How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Primal is a good way to go. Sweet potato, cheese, chocolate are all good things. Besides caveman probably didn't do burpees for time.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
And I have a crew that drives me to PR regularly.

I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Weight training since I was a little guy and have been involved with the Scottish games for ten years.
