+42 reps

That's the margin of victory between Rogue Fitness Red and second-place Event 6 finishers Team Reebok East.

Josh Bridges, Dan Bailey, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet and Lauren Fisher accumulated 720 reps of deadlifts (225 / 155 lb.) and handstand push-ups within the 15-minute time cap. That’s seven full rounds, plus 20 deadlifts into the eighth round.

Rogue Fitness Red managed bring the time lost to transitions down to mere seconds. The male-female pairs split the reps 50/50, with each partner completing their 25 reps of deadlifts and 25 handstand push-ups in unbroken sets in almost every round.

Their partner held onto the barbell for their entire set, and then immediately started into their own reps. Same with the handstand holds and handstand push-ups. There was no dropping of the barbell, nor kicking down out of the handstand (well, with the exception of the seventh round when Leblanc-Bazinet accidentally comes down from the wall).

The only time spent on transitions was the moment it took to slap hands.

You’ve got to watch the whole thing.

195 lb. x 2

That's the heaviest two-rep-max bench press set by a female competitor on one of the top teams.

Who set it?

Sam Briggs, of course.

The 2013 Reebok CrossFit Games champion has spent considerable time training with CrossFit Powerlifting Subject Matter Experts Laura Phelps-Sweatt and Shane Sweatt at their affiliate, CrossFit Conjugate

While she was at it, she also got 200 lb. once.

Briggs starts her 195-lb. double at 8:35 and her 200-lb. single at 10:47.

Two women beat Briggs: Christine Anastario of CrossFit South Side and Becca Day of CrossFit Panther City got 200 lb. for a double.

2:09 split

The fastest split time on the 21-15-9 overhead squat (115 / 75 lb.) and toes-to-bars relay of any top team was set by Valerie Voboril of Team Reebok West.

The only athlete—male or female—to come close to her time was fellow teammate, Noah Ohlsen (2:15).

Ohlsen starts at 1:27 and Voboril starts at 9:30.

Evelina Dalecki of CrossFit Creature's "Creature Coaches" beat Voboril by three seconds (2:06), but no video was included on the Team Series website.

420 lb. x 2

The heaviest 2-rep-max bench press was set by Del Randall, a 6-foot 6 and 275-lb. competitor on CrossFit Champlain Valley’s Team Jade. No video was included on the Team Series website.

Randall competed in the team competition at the 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games, and stood out from the masses when he walked the 370-lb. yoke down the 100-yard field and turned around to come back.
