Want to watch Team World compete against Team USA?
The 2013 CrossFit Invitational, presented by Reebok will be televised on Eurosport Saturday, October 26th at 7 p.m. CEST. Additionally, 2,500 spectators will be able to pack the stands of the Tempelhoff Airport in Berlin, and watch it live.
Tickets cost €30 each. You can buy yours through the Games site. Last year, tickets sold out fast.
Sam Briggs, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Kara Webb, Chad Mackay, Albert-Dominic Larouche, and Frederik Aegidius will represent Team World.
Lindsey Valenzuela, Valerie Voboril, Talayna Fortunato, Rich Froning, Jason Khalipa and Ben Smith will represent Team USA.
Last year's Invitational had three stages with 10 scored events. The teams faced off with head-to-head events—3 on 3, 4 on 4, and 6 on 6.
No information about the format or events for the Invitational has been released at this point. All the competitors know is the time to show up. Doors open at 5 p.m. CEST, and the main event starts at 7 p.m. It will last until approximately 8:30 p.m.
