The 2012 Reebok CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.5 has been announced.

It’s déjà vu all over again, folks. For the second year in a row, the CrossFit Games Open concludes with the escalating Fran ladder. Many of you will get a chance to compete with the old you. How has your training gone? How much better are you this year than last? Find your 2011 score here

Josh Bridges had the record last year with 169 reps (one rep into the round of 24). Fortune Santos topped the women’s board with an incredible 168 reps (completing the round of 21).

This is the final workout in the first stage of the CrossFit Games competition. One more chance to fight for a spot to the next stage – Regionals. There, the top 60 men, women, and 30 teams will fight for no more than three spots to the CrossFit Games at the Home Depot Center.

You must submit your score by 5 p.m., PT on Sunday. No exceptions will be made.

All affiliates must validate their athletes’ scores by 5 p.m., PT on Tuesday. Don't let them down. If you do not validate the scores before then, your athletes’ scores will not count.
