The CrossFit Invitational is returning to Europe where the first two Invitationals were contested in front of sold-out crowds. USA captured the inaugural title in 2012, but the following year World settled the score at the Tempelhoff Aircraft Hangar beating USA 24 to 19.
The 2015 Reebok CrossFit Invitational will be held at the Caja Mágica in Madrid, the home of the professional tennis Madrid Open. This year's Invitational will take place from 4-6 p.m. CET on Sunday, Dec. 6.
Tickets cost €50, and will go on sale to the public this Wednesday, Oct. 7, through Games.CrossFit.com. Check the site around 7 p.m. CET (10 a.m. PT).
Affiliates with the most spectators will be invited to compete in a friendly affiliate competition at the Caja Mágica on Saturday, Dec. 5. Each invited affiliate will put forward one man and one woman.
Reebok, Rogue, Compex, and others will be onsite supporting the community event and the Invitational.
